Teacher Aid Initiative and TY Danjuma Foundation Launch STEM Training for 100 Public School Teachers in Nasarawa State

In a landmark step towards advancing schooling in Nigeria, the Trainer Help Initiative (TAI), in partnership with the TY Danjuma Basis, has launched a three-month, project-based STEM coaching program for 100 public secondary college academics in Nasarawa State. The initiative is designed to equip educators with fashionable instruments and progressive educating methodologies to raised have interaction college students within the important fields of science, know-how, engineering, and arithmetic (STEM).

This system commenced with an intensive two-day immersive session that introduced collectively the chosen academics and key figures from the schooling sector. Tersoo Akula, Program Officer for Training on the TY Danjuma Basis, highlighted the significance of the initiative, stating, “Investing in academics is essential to unlocking college students’ potential.”

The coaching aligns with the TY Danjuma Basis’s mission to foster sustainable improvement by way of schooling. By immersing academics in hands-on experiences and offering them with progressive STEM educating instruments, this system goals to rework lecture rooms into facilities of curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving.
