Harrison County Elementary College Instructor for Many Years, Karen Kay Feight, Passes Away at Age of 81

Karen Kay Feight, 81, of Lake Floyd, Salem West Virginia, handed away on Could 17, 2025.  She was the daughter of Robert Warner and Catherine Warner who preceded her in loss of life.  She is survived by a sister Roberta Wilfong and a brother Boyd Warner.  She was a graduate of Salem School and taught fifth and sixth grade at VanHorn Grade College in Salem, WV for a few years earlier than her retirement.  She was preceded in loss of life by her husband, Terry Feight, who served his nation within the Vietnam Struggle.


 


She can be survived by her six nieces and nephews, Byron Wilfong, Mark Wilfong, Boyd Warner III, Amberly Wait and Bobby Warner, together with a number of nice nieces and nephews that adored her and thought she was the world’s biggest cook dinner; Garrett Warner, John Wilfong III, Lauren Warner, Anna Wilfong, Clay Wilfong, Jackson Warner, Audrey Wait, Brooke Wilfong, Riley Warner, Coleman Wait, Gage Warner, Madison Warner, Logan Warner, Amelia Wait and Lucas Warner.


 


She was an energetic member of the Salem Baptist Church the place she served as a Deacon.


 


Visitation can be at 12:00 PM on the Salem Baptist Church 153 East Primary St., Salem, West Virginia on Could 24, 2025, adopted by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. 


 


There can be a meal served after the providers. 


 


Following Karen’s needs, she can be cremated and her cremains can be unfold along with her mom’s at Lake Floyd.
