Our latest obsession, Love’s Membership, performed host to a celebration for our favourite disco witch, LEXXE, who unveiled her newest spell her City Legend EP and let’s simply say, it was much less of an album launch, extra like an otherworldly awakening.
The night time began like an enchanted ritual: tarot readings by Rachel Beals, flash tattoos by Sofia San Román (sure, the LADYGUNN brand ink was the accent for the daring), and a room glittering with each shade of Brooklyn’s nightlife elite. It was giving leather-based, smudged eyeliner, and simply sufficient chaos to maintain issues attention-grabbing.
Then LEXXE took the stage dripping in witchy divinity. Performing City Legend cowl to cowl, she turned the venue right into a séance of sound and seduction. Every track hit like a potion, and by the tip, everybody was spellbound, swearing they’d simply witnessed the start of a legend.
However let’s not overlook her coven of co-stars: drag royalty Nicky Doll introduced the drama, pop princess on the rise Chloe Jane served essential character vitality, and NYC’s personal performing artists Pleasure Boy, Kyle Payne, and Bentley Robles stored the stage scorching. When Jill Blutt and BEAU BEAU took over the decks, the dance flooring remodeled into pure delirium, sweaty, glittery, and attractive.
By the point the glitter settled, one factor was clear: this wasn’t only a launch get together, it was the second. The form of night time you recall for years, telling individuals you noticed LEXXE earlier than she turned a family identify.
